Foldline is a business card holder based on one simple idea: a flat sheet folded into a more dynamic desk object.

Instead of making a normal block or tray, I wanted the holder to feel like it has movement and direction. The angled surfaces make the object lean, point, and lift, giving it more character while still keeping the function clear.

Through sketches, paper models, sheet-metal CAD, and a 3D printed test model, I refined the balance between proportion, stability, and how the cards sit inside the folded form.
